Who can you trust with your work?

I’d like to address the description of what it means to be someone who can be trusted with a job.

First of all, it’s important to have few mistakes and failures, but it’s factors like attention to detail when executing, and if you stop to think about what you should or shouldn’t do before that, there’s no point in doing it at all.

Business knowledge is important, but it’s rare to find someone who can cover everything because of the wide range of knowledge, and I don’t think that’s the only reason I can leave the job to them.

It is important to have a good knowledge of the area in question, i.e., to have enough skills at the “what” level, without having to ask for someone else’s judgment on a daily basis. However, there is a limit to the amount of knowledge you can have, and this is not enough to make a decision to “leave it all up to you”.

I think an essential condition is that no complaint from a third party (customer, business partner, or a person from another department) comes in suddenly.

A person who is able to recognize that something is wrong, and who is able to consult with or ask for help from others as soon as possible – in other words, a person with common sense at the level of why – can be said to be more reassuring than an expert in the field when it comes to the question of whether they can be trusted with something, even if they lack expertise.

In some cases, people who can’t change the initial “to do” (what) they decided to do in the first place, no matter what, or who are too obsessed with their own field of expertise, can blow up their original purpose and become immersed in their current work, or in extreme cases, they are not even willing to deviate from the law! So,
So.

Someone who can look at the situation from a bird’s eye view and not do something outrageous.

I believe that this is what is required of us.
Also, on the side of the client, if the desired results cannot be achieved without detailed instructions and management, the time and effort required to manage it will be ridiculous, won’t it? So, the expectations of the client are, in simple terms

If you ask for a quick favor, they’ll do it with a good dose of salt, at a level that will satisfy all stakeholders.

That’s what I mean.

If you ask that guy, he’ll make all things work for you.

I want to be able to remember me in this context.
